In Vaasi Yoga, the food, its composition, preparation,
taste, nutrient value, the time of intake, the proper interval between
meals play the most important role in the shaping of good health.
Our Guruji has categorically laid down a food plan for the healthy well being of an individual and also the food items we should avoid to maintain good health. Generally speaking we excrete only 30 % to 40% of what has been accumulated in our large intestine. Once the food becomes a waste after digestion it should be completely evacuated but it is not the case always this accentuates a lot of problem.
As we have already seen, constipation and its attendant bad gas(Apana vayu) both tend to affect our heart . Guruji says “ the air we breathe in becomes Prana at first and in next stage it develops in to Prana sakthi in Vaasi Yoga practice. It so happens that the cells in the internal organs in our body get a new knowledge and this knowledge so cultivated makes them to create Prana sakthi. That Prana sakthi so created makes every internal organ to work in proper way and to establish in our cells the so called ”sixth sense” in our mind. This new sense makes a human being to aware of its true self or true being and sets his mind to take correct decisions. In other words this is the real meaning of “A sound mind in a sound body”. At this stage only human mind could understand his mistakes and corrects them at his own will and becomes a perfect human being free from all kind of bad and evil thoughts.”
Many of us have a craze on parotta, poori, chappathi for various reasons. They require much more time for digestion, absorption and assimilation. Higher level of physical activity too is expected of us for these kind of calorie consumption whereas we are leading sedentary life . This makes the residue stagnates for a longer period in our intestine.
Ordinary man unaware of the increased storage of unwanted matters what we call it as “Kazhivugal” in Tamil and its harmful consequences to normal health. No medical practitioner is able to diagnose this.
Vaasi Yoga alone can give a complete process for eliminating body wastes from our system. It is a challenge that NO other yoga in the world other than Vaasi Yoga can do this perfect eliminative process to make a perfect health.
